What we talked about:

Amber is in for Robin for 2 weeks

• Robin's off on holiday (so lazy!) so Amber (from the Lift Home) is on to wake you up in the morning!
• This means that it's a big day for oor Alannah!  She's on The Lift Home for 2 weeks from 4-7pm.  Have fun Alannah, we'll miss you!

We convinced people NOT to go into the gym for free doughnuts

• The gyms are open!  Amber sent Rory out to a local gym with boxes of free doughnuts to try to convince people NOT to go into the gym in exchange for a free box of doughnuts!
