What we talked about today:
Accidental innuendo chat
- On the show this morning the guys discussed accidental innuendos. Rory told a story about his grandpa who was looking to buy his wife a watch, so he typed into google ‘watch ladies’ and got a little shock with the results. Alannah then told her story, at the weekend she went to a crazy golf place called ‘Foreplay’, when she was in work on Monday Rory asked her where it was, so on her work laptop she googled ‘foreplay’- she was a little surprised with the results also. Have a look at some of our listener accidental innuendos.
Have you ever been the victim of an accidental innuendo or know a funny story about someone who has ?🤔🍆🍌Posted by Pure Radio on Tuesday, February 11, 2020
The Queensferry Crossing is still closed
- The guys couldn’t quite believe that they were waking up to the news that The Queensferry Crossing is closed for the second day in a row after it being labelled as ‘the bridge that will never close’. Robin thought maybe the solution would be to purchase a couple a Dyson hairdryers and climb to the top to de-ice it.
You may have The Proclaimers but we have Navid !
- Rory is a massive Hibs fan, so after the Hibs v BSC Glasgow at the weekend a new football chant was trending. Robin thought it would be a good idea to wind him up with it, have a look to see how that went below.
