Win your wedding terms and conditions

The wedding ceremony must take place within 12 months of competition completion.

You must enter the competition online by filling out our Pure Decent Proposal form or emailing amber@pureradioscotland.com.

You must be free to marry and legally be able to give your notices of marriage, in person at your local Register Office. All of the legal requirements you must comply with can be found here: https://www.nrscotland.gov.uk/registration/getting-married-in-scotland/how-do-i-go-about-it

Closing date for entries is 13/2/20.

Only one entry per person is permitted and entries must be received by the stated closing date; entries after this date will not be considered.

Pure Radio / The Dumbuck Hotel reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

To enter this competition you must be 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

It is the responsibility of entrants to notify The Dumbuck Hotel of any change of contact details; proof of identity may be required.

The winners will be announced following the competition close date, on-air and across all Pure Radio/Dumbuck Hotel social media channels.

The wedding is not transferable to another person and no part of the wedding is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

If any part of the wedding prize is not available, The Dumbuck Hotel reserves the right to offer an alternative.

Pure Radio/The Dumbuck Hotel does not endorse any services supplied by any third party associated with this competition.

By entering this competition, you indicate your consent to receiving carefully selected marketing material from Pure Radio and/or The Dumbuck Hotel

The payment of all costs and expenses involved in claiming the wedding is the responsibility of the winners.

Pure Radio/The Dumbuck Hotel reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the competition at any time (and for any reason) without notice.

Pure Radio/The Dumbuck Hotel shall not be responsible for damages, losses or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising in relation to the competition.

Pure Radio/The Dumbuck Hotel’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The maximum number of guests included in prize is 50. Additional guests are permitted at a cost to be negotiated with The Dumbuck Hotel

Employees of Pure Radio/The Dumbuck Hotel are not eligible to enter.

Entry implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as final and binding.
